How it works

  • First, we engage attendees in a short introduction call, including some prepared personal stories and context. This helps put people at ease and prepare them for the main event.

  • Grounded in real experience and deep insight, the two-day experience is filled with practical exercises, desigend to equip line managers to unlock the difference in talent they lead.

    Two days | In person

  • After the event, there are a series of formal and informal check-ins, including:

    • Week 1 – Attendees share their learnings with internal team

    • Month 1 – Attendees share their Letter With Your Future Self with accountability partner.

    • Month 3 – Join us for an online wash-up with the entire cohort, sharing breakthroughs and challenges.
