How it works

First, we engage attendees in a short introduction call, including some prepared personal stories and context. This helps put people at ease and prepare them for the main event.

Grounded in real experience and deep insight, the two-day experience is filled with practical exercises, desigend to equip line managers to unlock the difference in talent they lead.
Two days | In person
After the event, there are a series of formal and informal check-ins, including:
- Week 1 – Attendees share their learnings with internal team
- Month 1 – Attendees share their Letter With Your Future Self with accountability partner.
- Month 3 – Join us for an online wash-up with the entire cohort, sharing breakthroughs and challenges.
